Hello Stefan you confirmed what i feared, they even told me they check the bike before shipping but never tried to test the battery and charger before sending the BIG BOX.....what a mess Hopefully i jhave a Specialized dealer near by and they will check the bike and ordered a new charger

yes was build in november 2020 TAIWAN Brose Spe motor , someone also told me not to worry about the battery.... i will find out I bought it online and had few bad surprises, charger, damaged rear flatmount support.....
