Have done now. Will see what they say. They say they respond within 48 hours. And the charger does shut off after charging, but not sure what it charged to. I'm guessing 200%. Once it has full charge the percentage doesn't show - only while charging.

The battery charge on the display. I'm not familiar with Cyrusher ebikes, they don't come with any manuals, and online manuals don't go into detail about everything the display can show.

Is this normal?
