The KD21C unit on my emu roam step through no longer turns on, even when battery is fully powered. I’m not even able to reset, even after watching a couple of vids on YouTube. Can anyone offer me any advice on how to resolve the issue? Or will I be better buying a new unit? Thanks 🙏
