I'm super disappointed that pretty much every time I try to use my Nyon for navigation it tries to send me the wrong way down a one-way street. It's happened to me 3 times now in completely different places.

I just bought one (both the bike and the chain lock!) today - the guy at the bike shop wrapped it around the seatpost... which, I'm not sure about, I do touch it with my legs a bit... but it will be nice to be able to go out without a bag, or u-lock in the pocket or on the handlebars, etc.

Minor thing, but I do like how the specialized has separate pannier rails on the rear rack so you can more easily use both panniers and the top of the rack. Any other bigger differences people are aware of? I know the Vado is 650b vs 700c on the Gazelle but that doesn't matter much to me.
