Thanks for the comments. My problem has been resolved. It was a faulty TCD and/or computer system. Once replaced all works fine.

Thanks for all of your input Stefan. I'm thinking that "it is what it is" and will have to live with it. Since I was told that all the newer models that Erik's had on their show floor did the same thing, I believe something has changed with Specialized, either parts or workmanship creating this...

The Daily Trip meter resets on it's own. Guess I have never check the actual odometer. I will when I get the bike back.

Although Erik's wasn't sure why my odometer was zeroing itself, they did just tell me that they checked the new models on the floor and they were doing the same...

Due to having a faulty EDS power switch on my Specialized 3.0 Como e-bike, I had it replaced by Erik's. Now each time the bike is powered "off" and than "on" the odometer resets itself to zero. Specialized support suggested a firmware update which I had done but it didn't correct the problem...
