    Recent California bike laws protect cyclists state-wide

    Here in NV, If there is 5 or more vehicles behind a bike, the bike must pull over at the next safest spot to let the vehicles pass. A bicycle can use the whole lane when riding, unless there is a bike lane. ymmv

    Are white reflectors required on wheels

    The only way to be sure what is needed on a bike for reflectors/lights etc, is go to your states DMV and look up what is needed. Here in NV, it is mandatory to have a working head light/side/front/rear reflectors and lights any time after 1/2 Hr after sun set, when riding the bike.. ymmv

    Oops,..

    I opened and closed both of the fat tire bikes OEM q links with the q link pliers, I had NO problems on either bike. Opened the q link on the Old Blu (montague) bike, opened and closed about the same as the above bikes, I have only 10 miles on "Old Blu" since the q link being installed. I guess...

    The problem I had was attempting to lock the quik link closed, regardless how I tried I couldn't get it to lock. I finally used a small tapered screw driver that just fit between the rollers, set it on top of a adjustable end wrench slot and tapped it with the chain breaker, then it locked...
