Hi, thanks for your reply. Yes, I meant the motor inhibitor in my initial question. But since 8ththen I found that there's a loose connection between my battery and the bike. I'm guessing the prongs on the battery are not aligning withthe bike. Do you have any idea how to tighten them?

I have an issue with NCM Prague power cutting off. The display flickers and shows that my battery is empty, even when it's full, before turning off completely. I went to a bike shop and they checked all the connections and said my bike is fine. But I'm still having the same problem afterwards...

Did you have display flickering and battery showing no bars?
