Hi John, Hope you have disassembled your bottom bracket safely. I ran into the same problem yesterday, and the solution that helped me was to slightly heat the bottom bracket with a heat gun, then to hammer it out from the non-drive side. A mallet didn't work, so it was better to use an 1 lbs...
