Abus Granit Xplus 540 U-lock experiences?

Every solution I've seen for hiding the airtags like this (including 3d printed ones) are wildly obvious. Which are you using?

Panniers for Turbo Vado SL EQ 5.0

Interesting. I didn't even realise they sold both still: https://varuste.net/p113229/ortlieb-vario-ps-ql2-1 https://varuste.net/p113230/ortlieb-vario-ps-ql3-1 And the manual for mounting is worse than IKEA: https://www.ortlieb.com/media/downloads/anleitung/varioql31.pdf

Panniers for Turbo Vado SL EQ 5.0

@Stefan Mikes I noticed the Ortlieb Vario bag has a new Ortlieb 3.1 mounting system. It requires an adapter (provided) to mount. Did you successfully attach this adapter to the stock rack on your Vado 4.0 SL EQ?

Panniers for Turbo Vado SL EQ 5.0

Can I ask why you added the tape? Is this just to prevent scratching, discolouration of the metal on the rack? I use ortlieb system too and noticed it's quite obvious where it mounts but that is part of the life of having a pannier :)

Mission control - Strava sync (Set mail account first error)

Okay, this is me being an idiot. There are two tiny logos that to me looked like one button - but they are in fact the strava logo and the komoot logo next to one another. I was tapping the komoot logo as it looks a lot like a confirm icon.

Mission control - Strava sync (Set mail account first error)

I had an issue with strava sync in the Mission control app when I purchased by 2021 Turbo Vado SL 4.0 EQ in summer 2021. It wouldn't sync to strava and when i click the button next to a ride it says "Info - Set mail account first!". I did manage to fix this back then, but can't remember how...

Abus Granit Xplus 540 U-lock experiences?

I use a combination of the Abus Granit 540 & when I'm at home in our apartment's storage I use a 14mm thick chain lock attached to a fixed anchor. As mentioned if someone wants to steal your bike your job is to make them look at it and go "It's not worth the hassle". The more locks you use - the...

Specialized Turbo Vado SL: An Incredible E-Bike (User Club)

I'd like to ask a question here before I start hassling my local dealer about this issue. I have a 2021 Vado 4.0 SL EQ. I have noticed that when turning off the assist that there is a huge amount of resistance. It feels the same to me as if when your brake pads touch the rim on an old crappy...

Specialized Turbo Vado SL: An Incredible E-Bike (User Club)

I mean the Creo SL is 3kg lighter than the Vado SL. You'd expect that 2x motor to be a bit more efficient with the less weight. That said, I'm extremely happy with the Vado 4.0 SL EQ performance. I've had it now a month or two for my daily commute and just going on some bike rides at the weekend...

    New Vados, Comos, and TERA!

I agree, apart from digital lock. I almost ended up with a VanMoof because of this feature alone. Having some extra insurance in the event of theft is a huge issue in my city when you're spending this much on a bike. It's really a shame it's taken so long to get this feature into the line-up...

    New Vados, Comos, and TERA!

Sad news from Specialized: > Unfortunately the Vado SL will not be compatible with the new TCU display, and the lock feature is only available on the new bikes. All three new bikes are an entirely new design, and the TCU is part of the new design and will only work with the new bikes. I'm sorry...

    New Vados, Comos, and TERA!

I just got a Vado SL 4.0 EQ a couple of weeks ago :D Any chance this digital locking mechanism might make it into the previous model(s) via firmware update? I see no reason why you could not.
