I just realized you are also on a tractor forum I frequent. I’m spending more time on my tractor than my e bike also. I did have a couple of decent rides in December but the extended forecast doesn’t show a day above freezing.

High today of 4°f and a feels like of -11°. It’s been snowing most of the day but it’s so cold it’s a very fine powder and just now starting to cover the grass. Doing this today instead.

It’s 2 pm here, air temp is 15f with a windchill of -3. I think I’ll add another piece of wood to the fireplace and stay inside.

I rode 14 miles today. Cloudy and breezy but 50 degrees so I took advantage of it. It’s suppose to cool off so it’ll be a while before I can ride again. This is an old cemetery I ride by on occasion.

It was unusually warm here today, 62f. I rode 16 miles and took a picture of a common sight, a semi truck loading up with grain to haul to market.

@Jeremy McCreary , nothing probably changed with your bike, your just a couple of days older. As I’ve gotten older something always hurts a little bit. Sometimes I can trace it back to something I did, sometimes not.

We finally got a warmer day here in Western Illinois, about 54f felt like summer. I rode an easy going 12 miles. There isn’t much to see around here this time of year but barren farm ground so I took a picture of the Colchester library as I rode through town. It’s kind of a neat old building...
