    Bosch system startup issue

I am not sure what the cause was for my case. I got myself a new battery (PowerPack 500), and I haven't had issues with it so far. I could conclude that there was something going on with the battery, because things are working well for me with a new one now. The old battery (Powerpack 400), it...

    Bosch system startup issue

I am not familiar with Bosch diagnostics. Quick google search didn't get me to things that looked immediately relevant to ebikes / Bosch battery. Any more info on that?

    Bosch system startup issue

Thanks Leandro. I had response from your place (may have been you), but holding the battery button for 10 seconds or so to reset the battery and restart works every time. I do it often though. This may need inspection as you said. But mine had been bought longer than 2 years ago.

    Bosch system startup issue

Yes, and I tried both of the suggestions, and I got it to work. I don't know which one was the root cause, but it now turns on fully. Thanks again.

    Bosch system startup issue

Lately having an issue with Bosch system. I start up Intuvia, and it turns on but it is not fully activated, meaning I cannot make the assist level go up. It does not display the speedometer, although it displays the clock. When it gets to that state, I cannot activate the system fully until I...

    Tires for Felt Nine-E

I use Schwalbe Energizer: http://www.schwalbe.com/en/tour-reader/energizer-plus-tour.html I am also mostly on streets. Some others may also recommend : http://www.schwalbetires.com/bike_tires/road_tires/energizer_plus Both of above offer great puncture resistance. I used to use Schwalbe Big...

About to pull the trigger on Nine-e! Please help on tires!

Hi Dan, Thanks for the info, and I can't believe you had two flats with Schwalbe!! I hope the plus version serves you well. The IGH is Shimano Alfine, 8 gear. PropelBikes in Brooklyn helped with the setup, so I don't know the very details, however, I am very happy with the choice so far. And...

About to pull the trigger on Nine-e! Please help on tires!

I have Schwalbe Big Ben on it (28 x 2.15) that fits quite well with full fenders: https://www.dropbox.com/s/qmz4m3ekvhv4yt2/2015-09-11%2018.40.20.jpg?dl=0 The ride is super fun with lower pressure in the tires. I believe Big Ben is the next generation of Big Apple. Both Big Ben and Big Apple...

E Joe Epik SE fatal flaw

Hi BabyFeet, As you know there is a small gap between the frame folding part, where the water could get in. I wrap a microfiber towel around it. I have biked several times in a heavy rainy condition and survived. But under a rainy condition, you should watch out for dirt in the ring magnetic...

Does Epik SE seat go high enough for tall people?

Hi Sorry for the late response. I am roughly 5'10'' and I have no issue. I think that it will be fine for you, the seatpost will probably be on the borderline OK.

    My E-Joe Epik SE

Size-wise it might not be that different. It's just that the rolling capability is something I wish I had. I also have a rear rack, so that might be making it a bit bulky when folded. Note that if you plan to use E-Joe Epik SE it for commute on a daily basis, I recommend the fender hack I...

    My E-Joe Epik SE

E-Joe has a folding capability but yeah, it's not for rolling around at all. I've folded it into the bus when it was snowing a lot outside, etc, and needing to take a bus. When folded, it does the job of being smaller, but the size isn't super compact to my taste. Also note that if you are...

I see. I've seen reflective one in Court's review video. So, yeah, I am sure E-Joe folks can answer your question.

It doesn't look like it's easy to remove them, without damaging the paint on the surface. It's a matte, non-reflective surface.
