Mine is smooth as can be also! Not a single sound or friction. Only time I feel something is when I shift down, ease off pedals and I can feel the gears change when I pick back up on the pedals.

Yup, that’s break in period….I guess it only takes a few miles.

There is a special liquid inside that needs to be broken in. Apparently this break in period is first 50 miles or so…. Mine is working fine, haven’t had any problems.

Push and hold the PLUS button and this will turn off lights and will remove headlight icon on display. To turn back on simply push and hold PLUS button again.

Why do you need the Bosch CX??? The one on C380+ is gen 4 performance speed and also has 85nm of torque! Very powerful motor!!!

I also added Kinekt seatpost as well as Schwalbe G-One Ultrabite 28x2.0 tyres. just found out it shipped this afternoon and taking delivery TOMORROW!!!! Heading to REI in the morning to grab those pedals. Thanks for the tip!
