A friend has a 2016 Evo 27.5 and the battery lock doesn’t work . We have tried a range of Easymotion keys without success. Suggestions please ! Gil

My wife and I have Evo pro’s both go well but have a slight motor surge that can be felt on smooth surfaces but not on gravel where the bikes roll is restricted, can this be sorted by a torque sensor adjustment of some kind ?

Should also add that my wife has the same bike and has not had any problems after 2000km.

Yes supplier replaced the sensor and it’s going fine . Have just completed a 65 km mountain bike trail and the bike handled it splendidly.Cheers Gil

Hi Bob, all our bikes have been Evo 27.5 , purchased the first 2 in 2012 (when my wife and I turn 70) ,upgraded in 2014 and again last year to the Pro because of battery capacity. Really liked our 2014 bikes but most of our riding is off road and we need to be sure of getting home , gravel eats...

Many thanks for your suggestion , I will follow it up . I dropped the display on concrete and broke the screen.

My 2017 27.5 Evo Pro has an intermittent fault. It occasionally has a total loss of power . The computor reads normally , no faults etc showing ,have tried changing battery and computer, no change. Leave for a short time and it goes normally. Does not occur when the bike is mobile, no...

I need to replace the computor on my 2017 Evo Pro 27.5 ,it’s the new portrait style ie 3” high 2” wide . It is not available in New Zealand , any suggestion on where to go ? Cheers Gil
