Hi, yes you can get replacement batteries from Leon Cycles in Canada and Australia but guess what, they won't ship to the UK. There are a few UK companies who will repair/re-cell the battery but are charging in the region of £600 - total rip-off. Anyway ordered 2 batteries (one as a spare)...

Leon Cycles did get as far as putting a sign on a shop unit in Wigan in 2019 but it never ever opened. Pity, would've been ideal.

Thanks, I have filled in their contact form. Fingers crossed, the other companies I have contacted are either way too expensive (more than cost of replacement battery) or don't recell 48v batteries, maybe I'll have better luck with this one.

Leon Cycles were planning on opening a store in Wigan - got as far as shop sign but no stock and never actually opened. Shame as I love my Moscow+, just can't get a replacement battery for love nor money (mine's died and Leon Cylces won't replace as bike is 18 months old so out of warranty...

Hi Steve I realise it's 12 months since your post about your moscow battery, but did you manage to get a replacement? I've had the Moscow+ for about 18 months and the battery has died. No luck with a replacement from NCM as bike is over 12 months old, even though not been able to use it...
