Due to some customs regulations apparently FTH POWER cannot ship batteries directly to Canada , has anyone tried to fix the batteries? If so, how did it go and do you have any advice to give me before I start.

I received the BMS and I already opened a battery and even if I have some knowledge in electronics I really don't feel comfortable to touch that, some wires are very tight and there is already one crushed and bare stripped and what's more surprising is that the BMS has not that insulated layer...

Hi guys , for those who have had the batteries repaired by FTH Power can you tell me if the warranty has been extended? If so, is it FTH Power or Leili who assumes it?

Thanks Lou B , They probably did not mention the FTH Power option to me because I live in Canada and sending the batteries in the US would be expensive for them .

From what I'm hearing customers from the US got some how luckier then the others, they sent me two BMS, a video and a pdf file on how to change them, she said (Flora) it's so easy that even her she can do it, will see about that. On another topic days ago I added a little bit more than 5psi...

Haven't heard about BIKTRIX, I'm wandering how they handle it, is there anyone who has bought the bike from them ? I think it's the only Canadian company that sells them .

In a way your lucky, you're European so you don't have to go to the whole process of changing the BMS yourself, apparently who ordered from Europe they just gonna have to send them in a warehouse in Germany and they will replace them for free. I got in touch with Flora from Leili yesterday and...

Why they just don't try to reach the customers ?! It looks like I'm going to have a talk with Flora later this evening .

Guys, important update regarding kickstand failure . Like I said my kickstand came off so I had to weld it again by a professional and we probably found out why this happened. In the picture you can see three sides welded but one is not, without nuts the bolts can get loose at any time causing...

No problem, I finally got my hands on the official RST data sheet, it may help you out.

The weld on my kickstand just broke, lucky I was only three feet away from the bike when it happened so I was able to grab it in time. Another thing that probably hasn't been tested enough. 😒

I set mine to a little less than the 150 limit, now i feel like the whole front of the bike has just gained a few cm in height and that's exactly what I needed.
