Neb - I was NOT doing the silver button correctly. I now see that is has an ON depressed mode and an OFF not depressed mode. THANKS! Unfortunately even with the correct ON mode for the silver button I get NO response from pressing and holding the bottom power button :<)

I do have the Ludi controller. It was part of the package.

I just tried each of the 3 buttons on the left side of the HB while holding down the silver button on the frame and it did NOTHING! It is acting DEAD but I'm sure the battery is fully charged (yesterday) and Plugged in?

On the left side of my HB there is a black gismo that has a "+" "-" and one other button with writing on it? at the bottom. I'll go try all 3 right now.

Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately I don't think there are any buttons on my display. It is black and slightly wider than it is high and only has a rubber plug on a USB port (plus the wires that plug into the back of the display).

I'm a 78 year old guy that is generally familiar with e-bikes as I have a Specialized TLC and a modified SurRon. I just got my new X2 Luna and have charged the battery and put the bike together BUT I can't figure out how to turn it on? I also have no idea what the silver button on the right side...
