Curious, why did you order the fender? They are supposed to come with the bike. The Rockstar build video shows fenders included...I thought the 50$ gift certificate was for the fenders, when available.

On my first ride, I used the default assist level setting of 5 and I got a good workout on the trails using level 1 assist. In looking at the settings, I noticed you can change the 5 assist levels to 9. I haven't tried it yet but I assume this should give you more of a workout at level 1...

Fork has place to insert screw in back (see pic) and rear has hole to support rear fender/mud guard.

Good morning, Quick update from Montreal. UPS tracking had the bike delivered Today, by end of day. On Monday that got bumped to the 7th of April. This morning, new delivery date: April 8th...was eager to get the bike setup and take it out for a spin...will have to wait!

Unfortunately, like Taylor57, I have the same question and I'm extremely disappointed in Sondors with regards to their capability to deliver. So giving it a rest, I do not believe, is the right answer. I find it strange that no one is saying anything...how is Sondors gonna make this right...

Took me 4 tries with customer support and i finally got an answer. Today, via chat, they tell me it will ship this month. Good news...fingers crossed.
