    I ordered from Leili, but no manual for the Bafang computer. Anybody have a link? Also, charging batteries while on the bike: I plugged in the charger and connected to the input on the bike, but it does not appear to be charging. Any help appreciated. thanks

    It's here. The derailer is a little wonky. The mounting screw just spins and doesn't tighten snug. I'm going to have a bike shop tune it up.

    I'm still waiting on my HD1000 that's been in California off the water, now in port, for 3 weeks. I have a fedex tracking number that shows fedex hasn't picked it up yet. Anybody else in the same boat?

    The tracking on the big shipment says "the ship has been discharged, and the container will be picked up by the..." So, Leili has not told me to get the battery package, etc. I'm in US. Can I get the hazardous box from FTHPower now so I can shorten the time until I have a corrected battery in...

    I emailed them and asked if they could just send me 3 batteries, 2 plus the xtra that I bought. And that I'd ship the bad ones back to them or to a reseller here in the US, at their direction.

    What a nightmare! My bike just "arrived" in port. It's been sitting off the coast for over a week waiting to dock. Now I get this message about the battery swap. WTF! I ordered this God forsaken bike in January.

    How long does the boat ride from China take? I got a message June 21 with a FedEx tracking number. They said that the bike was just put on the boat.

    Last Friday, I was told my bike would "arrange shipping" this week. HOWEVER, I had to accept a frame with BIKONIT sticker on it. Like, WTF. Or wait very long for new frames.

    I have a HD1000 on order. On 3-25-21, Sandy LV said early April shipment. Today she says end of month will arrange shipment bc “lack of front fork.”
