Nope. I didn't realize founders have a different refund process. At any rate, sounds like @onlineaddy at least is due some communication on the status of his refund. Maybe @pushkar will resurface and sort this out.

It takes 30-60 days for them to process the refund. Here's a snapshot of the reply I got when asking for a refund for my Helios order from a few days ago.

Pushkar (Wattwagons’ founder/owner/boss man) mentioned back in January in this post that there would be an option for a suspension fork. But as others have mentioned, I don’t see this option available on the website. @pushkar could you clarify? I’m interested in this as well.

I agree with scrambler - It depends on what questions you’re trying to field, Pushkar. For people new to WW, I can almost guarantee they will be looking for answers on the website -at least initially. I think a bit more clarity on the website would relieve some repetitive questions and also...

@pushkar Do you have testing stats like this for the Sturmey Archer 3 speed?

The Color Configurator seems to work well on iPhone. The 3D rendering is awesome. My only concern is how “flat gray” looks just as shiny as non-flat colors. Same goes for colors described as shimmer or metallic. It’s still a useful tool but a disclaimer about finish is probably warranted.
