I always stay in eco mode as well and generally cruise at 30 km / hr ( 18.5 mph) As an average I am getting 90 km's per full charge (55 miles). The mileage will increase alot if I pedal at a slower speed, but that takes the fun away. I am usually always on a flat surface as well.

well well, just tried once more and presto, now works again. Maybe I was not holding in long enough. Thanks again for helping out!

@Sefutau2020 thanks for checking in! I just checked my current firmware once again and totally up to date. Still can not get the settings to return to Zero before I start a new ride. Just curios what buttons do you press to reset yours back to Zero? and yes a fantastic bike, I have owned mine...

I just updated my 2021 fastroad EX pro with the latest firmware. Upgrade was smooth and successful. The only thing I notice is now I can not reset my odometer back to "0" when I want to reset before I go on a ride. Also the ride length, time, etc will not reset? It used to be just press both...
