“Click” felt at the pedal when starting from zero

You might also want to check the crank arm bolts and make sure you don't have one that is not torqued down adequately. The system will "click" or "clunk" if this is the issue beyond what you have found up until now.

    Where to get R&M parts?

Contact Propel they might have just the rubber charge cover in stock. Save a bunch of money as you don't need the other parts. Be advised the covers are not easy to set up. I accidentally removed the cover off of my Superdelite and is was a bugger to get re-positioned.

    eBike Connect Unfinished Ride?

The majority of the rides are showing as complete but I do have one or two that are very old that are STUCK, can't be deleted because they are unfinished. Weird. I did finish the rides in question as I returned home, got off the bike, turned off computer, removed it, went inside. Later...

    eBike Connect Unfinished Ride?

Kiox from 2020. Does the phone need to be connected with eBike connect active when going with the diamond button and R / L buttons on the left handlebar control pad?

    eBike Connect Unfinished Ride?

I have noticed when connected to my Kiox via phone and bluetooth that there are several unfinished rides shown in the app. I also notice that I can not 1) find a way to finish those rides and 2) delete those rides unless they are listed as finished. Do any of you notice this and what is the...

Zen Samurai - Built in Canada - shipping since June 2022

Nice video Ravi. I have not been on your web site recently but was curious as to finer details such as rim brands, spoke brands & types, head set model, pedal brand, etc. Is this data provided anywhere?

Zen - 2023 updates from Halifax, Canada

Great question! I was wondering the same thing myself. Could be a potential sales drop off unless the older bikes can take advantage of the newer batteries and controller tech at a later date. That should be considered. In order to allow system upgrades, future pathways should be engineered...

I yeeted my AXA cafe lock

Guess different situations have an effect on liking the lock or hating it.

I yeeted my AXA cafe lock

I removed my lock too. Just had to let out some air from the rear tire and after removing the two attachment bolts, just kept moving it around until I got clearance enough from the fender to remove it. It always bugged me having to ride with the key in the lock. Live in a rural area and if I...

    Rohloff e-14 oil leak

Wow, I guess. Just having the photos and no bike would tax my patience. Hope you don't have to wait too long.

    Rohloff e-14 oil leak

I was thinking about that potential noise when I was riding yesterday and the hub actually seemed quieter than before. Weird. Going to have to keep listening.

    Rohloff e-14 oil leak

Well the action taken seems to have solved the problem. No more leakage. Less oil when flushing and refilling.

    Belt replacement?

Wow, scary bad. Guess it's best to not use any type of lube or solvent other than water for a cleaning.

    Rohloff e-14 oil leak

I let it drain overnight so covered that aspect...no leak yet. Ride tomorrow to thrash it some and see.

    Rohloff e-14 oil leak

Well things do happen over time. Since my comment of Dec. 21 I have now put 5319km on my SC2. Yesterday after a wonderful commute to town and back in warm temperatures, the first of a late spring, I found a small puddle of oil under the left side. It seemed to be coming from the QR skewer...
