I put a new cotroller on and it switches on but I get 10H code now and motor doesnt spin up

Anyone know wheres best place to get a new controller? It says CR R10E.1000. SN and C571-30-506 with 48v 30 amps but I know my battery is 52v.

I think its the yellow phase mosfet thats gone so I will have to buy a new controller.

Ive had few problems with 12H error few times before and I think water had got in mabye. Voltage seemed to be all over the place and giving false readings. I just took controller off and checked readings Negative side of Blue is 14.7, yellow 9.4 & green 12.5 but Positive side is Blue 5.4...
