My City Commuter Lite Black ed. was purchased well within the time frame stated in the recall (Sept., 2019). The bike indeed has the "Julet" stamped where directed by recall instructions. I contacted Pedego and was given a verification number. Over time, however, the bike dealer has given me 3...
