New Atlas purchase and Atlas add-ons?

This is the one in the photo: https://a.co/d/32lEAty However, I found I got too much vibration due to all the articulation it has. I ended up replacing it with this one, which I prefer: https://a.co/d/3Km4qVg

    Brake lever extension?

Basically, I need to move my brakes inward on my bar, but want the levers to be longer so that I can still reach them with my hands on the bar end grips. Just need an extra inch or two but I am trying to avoid having to replace the levers themselves.

    Brake lever extension?

Is anyone aware of a bolt on extension to make a brake lever longer?

New Atlas purchase and Atlas add-ons?

I love that bell. Always shocked that something so small can be so loud.

New Atlas purchase and Atlas add-ons?

This is the air horn I use: https://a.co/d/cOlvcTI It is loud enough to get the attention of pedestrians and cars. In fact, it is the only thing I have found that will consistently get the attention of someone behind the wheel. However, it does not double as an alarm. For pedestrians, I find...

New Atlas purchase and Atlas add-ons?

I took delivery of an Atlas a couple of weeks ago. I swapped out the swept bar with a carbon fiber straight bar, replaced the pedals with titanium ones, added some bags for storage along with a mirror, bell, air horn and a stem mounted double water bottle mount. I also replaced the saddle with...

Looking for my perfect e-bike spec

Just wanted to circle back to this thread and say that I picked up an Evelo Atlas and it was exactly what I was looking for. Also, the bike is much better looking in person than in photos, especially once you swap in straight bars.

    M600 long-term reliability?

What are best practices to take care of the motor?

    M600 long-term reliability?

I'm considering purchasing an Evelo Atlas which uses the M600. The type of riding I do is level ground, biking for exercise, so lots of hi-cadence peddling. I ride about 6000 miles/10K km per year and I am concerned about how many years of service (based on that much riding) I will get out of...

    Spike E-Bike - Opinions?

https://spike.bike/ Seems to be a new company with a bike that looks a lot like an Evelo Atlas but appears to be using a motor from Truckrun. I like that they give you an option for IGH along with the 4-piston caliper brakes. MSRP of $3995, but they are offering a discount if you put a $99...

Help identifying this type of charging connector?

That is something I am considering, just trying to confirm if the smaller pin is used for plug stability or has some other function, like monitoring charging temps. I've reached out to the bike manufacturer on this.

Help identifying this type of charging connector?

Actually, upon further research, it looks like this is a Higo connector: https://www.higocon.com/battery-connector/hg-fb-z622a.html

Help identifying this type of charging connector?

It does appear to be a match. Now, to try and find a charger that uses the same connector that isn't $150!

Help identifying this type of charging connector?

It does sort of look like a Rosenburger, but this connection is a typical male/female connection, not magnetic.

Help identifying this type of charging connector?

That is what I have been told, just trying to verify if that is really the case.

Help identifying this type of charging connector?

Just trying to find out if this is some sort of proprietary connection or a standard one and, if so, what kind. Thanks.

Has anyone gone from an e-bike with throttle to one without?

Today I tried to cross a 50 mph intersection, just using PAS and the torque sensor. Yeah, not going to try that again. The torque sensor just wasn't fast enough at delivering anywhere near the same level of acceleration that the throttle offers. Especially given the relatively tall fixed...

Has anyone gone from an e-bike with throttle to one without?

Their website shows it is the less-capable Trekking version: https://evelo.com/products/atlas/#components

How well does the Current handle rain and wet conditions?

I am considering the Current, but I need a bike that can handle being ridden in the rain without shorting out. What has been your experience with the Current in wet conditions?

Has anyone gone from an e-bike with throttle to one without?

The Atlas does look like the complete package. My big concern is the fact the Evelo is combining an M600 motor (with 120Nm of torque) with an Eviolo CVT that is only rated at 85 Nm. I do about 6K miles/year on my bike and I am very concerned about the CVT holding up past the warranty (which is...
