Black step over. Lectric told me it would ship out of Los Angeles when the shipment arrived. My bike was shipped from Phoenix, AZ. Total time was 6 weeks and 3 days from order date to arrival.

You don't want to substitute any capacitors. Replace them with the same capacitance and voltage range. These are energy storage devices and if you get it wrong, you can destroy the entire unit.
