The magnet trick works when the sensor is on the frame, but the Crosscore's sensor is inside of the rear hub.

Let me be more specific the Turbo Vado I'm interested in is the Vado SL 4.0. It's max is 240Watts, Torque 35Nm, 6.9ah, compared to the Crosscore 500Watts, 70Nm, and 13.6 ah.

Hello, I noticed that you posted about a tuning device that worked with your Yamaha Crosscore. However, the link that you posted is no longer good. Which device did you buy to successfully remove the speed restrictions on your Crosscore.
