That is not a problem. My bikes, different makes, do that as well. There's probably a technical (i.e. electrical) reason for it. Nothing to be concerned about.

A 46-mph "bicycle" is not a (legal) bicycle. There's a reason why motorcycle riding is licensed. Good luck to you, your pups, and those around you on the road. I'll let this be my last comment on the matter.

At that speed (46 mph) my suggestion is a motorcycle with motorcycle components.

Did you get the Classic or Round fit? Sounds like Classic would fit you better if it isn't already. I got the Round because that works better for my head shape.
