Yes, I have a VADO 1.0 and purchased a new 600WH battery. The price was not cheap, about 1300 USD. Note, you also needed a new charger. I purchased face plate etc.. The plan is to carry a spare battery in my rear trunk.

My warranty is for 2 years, you may be out of warranty, but I think this is a know issue, maybe they will fix? I had the older display console, they had to replace with the newer display to fix the button issue.

My LEVO 1.0 normally comes with 47cm tires, like most LEV0's I have seen. I had my LBS to put 38cm tires on when I purchased it last year. I had to have the LBS change the wheel circumference on the computer. It could not be done from the display by me.

I had that problem on my VADO 1.0. I took it back to the dealer I purchased it from and they had to replace the buttons as well as the console.(under warranty, parts only, but they did not charge me labor)
