Why did I buy? Because it was a good deal and they had a promotion. Obviously if I knew that support will be lacking I wouldn’t have bought. And frankly, I’m not here to be judged but trying to warn others that are thinking about buying a wing bike.

Everything is honky dory as long you don’t need support but if god forbid you need support, good luck! This company is mainly focused on sales. They don’t care if they have satisfied customers or not. Have you noticed that there is no phone number on their site? Even their showroom in NYC...
