the shipping label has been created. FedEx might or might not have picked it up. Once Fedex scans the label you'll get a delivery ETA. my Sport took less than 10 days to get to me (Atlanta) from when I received the Espin email.

Espin said the motor and controller on the 2021 Flow is different, so the color display won't work with the previous gen model. also Espin said the frame on the new model is more rigid - so less flex, which was a customer complaint.

double press power button gets you into settings. then hit +/up button to cycle through individual settings until you get to PSD (password). cheers.

my derailleur guard was bent so out of shape, the LBS just took it off. perhaps i should ask for a replacement. 🤔

Espin offered to pay for the LBS cost to fix the bent derailleur. they said they'd rethink the packaging again. sent them the receipt. we'll see how it works out.

turns out it was a loose motor cable connection. all sorted out. thanks for the suggestions.

So, the throttle on my Sport doesn’t work, nor does the electric motor turn on. The LCD. display and lights work. I see the check engine error icon on the display. Basically I have an analog bike:) Does anyone have any advice? Thanks P.S. Bike is brand new. Arrived with a bent derailleur, FWIW.
