I figured out the rattle was coming from the controller. Trying to figure out what I can use as padding to help prevent the metal of the controller from rattling.

I have the x3 pro. Painters tape sounds good. I will give that try.

I cannot adjust any settings in the Advance settings on my controller. When Advanced Settings is selected the last option "Back" is selected and the "+" or "-" buttons will not move the selector to any of the options. How do I fix this?

Rizzo - Thanks so much! I added 3 strips of rubber tap to the outside of the plastic shim and this finally worked! Now the bike seat stays in place - this has greatly improved the bike. Now I need to get 760mm or 780mm handlebars to open up the cockpit and improve the control over the bike...

Castro - I am doing the same thing. I will try to be even tougher on it. It just can't seem to hold the post and I am barely able to close the clasp on it.

How are you all experiencing the seat post. I have the insert sleeve and I cannot get the clamp tight enough to keep the seat from sliding down while riding. I have to stop and raise the seat and re-clamp during my rides and any big bumps and the post moves down some. This is by far my...

Max - I ordered back on 8/20 and I have not received an update on the order since 8/24. When I ordered the Matte Black X3 Pro it was in stock, have those shipped yet? Or are they part of the Sept pre orders now?

Rizzo - thanks for the info. Because I don't know - do you measure the seat post externally, or internally (wall to wall) if you will? Wouldn't post wall thickness influence this? I am asking as I don't know how the bike industry uses this measure.

Does anyone know what the diameter of the seat post is? I will want to get a suspension seat post when my bike arrives.
