The chain checker came in and my chain is fine. I keep my chain cleaned and lubed so I'm not sure what the problem is.

I have 700 miles on my Moscow and noticed today that the chain was skipping in the rear when shifting the front from 48T to 38T. I have ordered a chain checker on Amazon but 700 miles seems way too low. Any thoughts?

I’ve done it twice and got 50 miles.

My Moscow cut offs power to the motor around 43.1 volts. Also, changing the tire size to the lowest setting gets you about 2-3 mph more in speed.

There is not much room in the rear for a bigger tire but should be a able to put a bigger one up front. Any issues with having mismatched tire sizes, front to back?

I'm running 35 psi. Not sure if 5 psi will make much of a difference but I'll give it a shot.

My Moscow feels very unstable on loose gravel roads. The front tire is "loosey goosey" when I hit gravel and I feel like it is a matter of time before I wipe out. Any ideas to increase stability? Thanks!

I have a problem with my Moscow and it was just diagnosed as a controller failure. That is a very common theme on these forums. I agree that Leon Cycle (at least in the US) is very responsive to problems and has provided great customer service.

Are you saying that the battery charger that came with the bike has a fan?

I am quickly coming to the conclusion that the NCM bikes are prone to controller failures. I hope I'm wrong.
