I beat them to it! I have a Bafang true 750 rear hub motor, 35a controller in rear, and a 1000w front hub motor with its' own controller and throttle. They are independently controlled with separate throttles and it works great!

You are correct, my post made no sense. It should have read: I just cannot justify dumping $600 on a name brand RAD or Shark battery. EVEN IF the Chinese battery only delivers 1/4 the advertised 22Ah's, I'm ahead!

Super simple! Simply purchase one of these on Amazon for a buck (or better yet buy the package), and plug right into the charging port on the battery. I use the port to power some super high intensity LED lights for my night rides on the beach and golf course...

Also, the Bolton (and other) displays have a USB port on it, which is more than adequate to charge a cell phone right on your bike! I do it every ride!
