It is definitely not as powerful as a Bafang, my buddy has a 750w Rize that has a Bafang on it and it is definitely more powerful than my XP.

Anyone had luck installing a thumb throttle, I found one that has the same 3 pin connector but I get E08. I cut it open and tried different combinations of the wires and was still unable to get it working, either E08 or E10 error, one combination gave no error but the throttle didn't work.

I only get about 15 miles on mine with lots of throttle and i weigh 250. I think they should advertise 15-30 miles not 25-50.

I ordered one the other day, not sure if it will be useful or not but its not very expensive. Building a battery to fit in it will be hard.

My controller says 18amps on it but the bike pulls 20 from the factory, which is 800-1000w over the voltage range of the battery. I know you said you opened up the battery, so was it 100% the purple LG M26 with the proper LG model labels? The other guy just said they were purple and probably M26. Any pics? If they are indeed M26 then we can draw nearly twice the current or at least up to 30amp easily.
