To get throttle from start you need a special file to flash the controller which Frey has to send to you,( you can't go back once you flash the controller it will stay throttle from start) reach out to member Brake034 on this forum he will help you obtain this file.

Yes. Frey will do it at the build upon request and the bike WILL show up it just requires a lot of patience at least 4 months worth.

yes I have flashed the controller and got the start from stop feature ....you would have to ask Frey for the flash program as they do not allow customers to share the flash program

it cannot be changed in the controller setup Frey has to send you a program that flash the controller to get start from stop with the throttle

Problem solved, as I knew it would,.. because of the fantastic customer service provided by @pushkar I am now able to program my bike. I can honestly say he is dedicated to his customers satisfaction and I am looking forward to a future purchase from him.

Just want to say thanks to @pushkar for personally taking the time with me to address the issue I am having logging into the bike programming, hopefully it will be solved soon.

I received the programming cable today plugged it into the bike and laptop but I'm still on red it's saying no programming dongle found .. I checked all connection and everything is good but still no connection to bike motor
