My CC has developed an issue with the battery lock mechanism. Its missing a screw and the little black plastic lever seems loose. The key lock still functions and locks the battery in. Has anyone experienced this on your internal battery Frey? Anyone know what size screw im missing?

I believe that bleeding may be the answer for non working front brakes. You must use Magura Royal Blood. I got a bleed kit for $23 and havent taken it out if the box yet luckily.

I am also getting a real rhythmic thumping from my rear brakes, but unlike you my front brakes work great (but also make that noise but to less extreme). I see the Magura adapters are under $10. I think ill get a couple just to be sure. I didn't even realize that the adapter was a separate part until your last post 👍

No i have not tried re-adjusting the thru axel but i will give it a shot! Also it occurred to me that possibly the caliper mounting point alignment might play a role? Park sells a tool that "machines down" the mounting points so they are perfectly in plane + correct angle. Just spittballin...

Interesting information thank you. So far my CC brakes seem very strong and have impressive stopping power, even with the noticeable drumming or thumping (mostly from rear). I guess its not a safety issue for me so far, but im still a bit concerned.
