    RAD RHINO European Version

I found this but haven't tried it, a bit concerned whether it will void my Warranty?

    Rhino Spoke Tension?

Had this reply from Rad: ''Because our bikes are heavier, and travel at faster speeds, than regular bikes they put more stress on the spokes. This makes it not uncommon for electric bikes with to have their spokes settle in slightly during the break in period. We generally recommend...

    Rhino Spoke Tension?

Can anyone tell me the correct tension please? I suspect my rear wheel needs checking and is slightly out of true now I've done 130 miles. Once I know and any other tips I'll get it into my LBS.

    Rear Rotor ringing sound?

Thanks, I bought a spoke tool and went round all of them. None of them were actually very tight so maybe like you, I went through all them until they were nipping up but not as tight as I would do say, a nut. I kept to just using just my thumb and one finger so I wasn't able to over tighten...

    New Rad Owner

    New Rhino noises...

Ok, update - my LBS inspected the bike and found the crank had not been lubricated at factory! Also said the headset was insufficiently lubed, all good now but the consequences of many units leaving the factory are considerable for just a bit of grease and QC.

    New Rhino noises...

68 miles in now and loving the bike overall but 3 niggles: Gears need indexing which I will get done locally. But this leaves two things which are squeaking brakes, especially the front which whilst going along and not actually using the brake. A light touch on the front brake usually gets rid...

    Newbie hello from England

Hi all, Just signed up after receiving my first ebike, a Rad Rhino 250 for commuting to work. (And the Pub in Summer) Loving it so far (60 miles) but a couple of teething items to sort namely indexing and creaking crank area on heavier pedal loads. Hope that can be sorted easily at an LBS...
