I didn't put them on - my dealer did. So not sure how to tell which size.

There is what appears to be a rubber plug on the back of the motor, dead center between the chain stays. Don't know whether that's a threaded boss/insert or what - even if I pulled the plug out, I probably wouldn't be able to tell without removing the rear wheel.

I asked my dealer if he could get me the discount on the Energy Pak Plus, since I just bought my Revolt E+ a few months ago. But he can't get Giant to respond to give him the necessary discount code. I've been bugging him about the Pak ever since I bought the bike. This is frustrating!

After my ride yesterday, I decided I needed to tweak my power level in the ECO mode. So when I got home, I turned on my iPhone app and it said I would need to update my Revolt E+ firmware before I could use Ride Control. Having no wifi reception in my basement, I hauled the bike upstairs (whew!)...

That was one of the first things I did - I set every power level at their minimums.

I've been following the comments on the AUTO mode and how it's changed with firmware updates. I haven't updated my firmware since buying my Revolt in early February, so I'm riding with the "original" AUTO, namely it doesn't boot up as the default and it functions through all the power levels...

Are you sure you've cycled through your power level control? AUTO is below OFF, whereas the other levels (ECO, BASIC, etc) are above OFF in the cycle.
