Revolt E+ Rack & Fender Setup

I didn't put them on - my dealer did. So not sure how to tell which size.

Revolt E+ Rack & Fender Setup

There is what appears to be a rubber plug on the back of the motor, dead center between the chain stays. Don't know whether that's a threaded boss/insert or what - even if I pulled the plug out, I probably wouldn't be able to tell without removing the rear wheel.

Energypak Plus range extender for 2020 bikes

I asked my dealer if he could get me the discount on the Energy Pak Plus, since I just bought my Revolt E+ a few months ago. But he can't get Giant to respond to give him the necessary discount code. I've been bugging him about the Pak ever since I bought the bike. This is frustrating!

Revolt E+ Rack & Fender Setup

Thought folks might be interested in my Revolt E+ Pro rack and fender setup. Because there are few eyelets and no fork crown hole, I used SKS Speedrocker Fenders which velcro to the fork and stays. The mounting is surprisingly stable. The racks are Surly and go on really nicely. Had to use...

    Ride Control Firmware

After my ride yesterday, I decided I needed to tweak my power level in the ECO mode. So when I got home, I turned on my iPhone app and it said I would need to update my Revolt E+ firmware before I could use Ride Control. Having no wifi reception in my basement, I hauled the bike upstairs (whew!)...

    Ride Control Firmware

That was one of the first things I did - I set every power level at their minimums.

    Ride Control Firmware

I've been following the comments on the AUTO mode and how it's changed with firmware updates. I haven't updated my firmware since buying my Revolt in early February, so I'm riding with the "original" AUTO, namely it doesn't boot up as the default and it functions through all the power levels...

Anybody have experience with the "Automatic" setting on the RideControl ONE?

For me, AUTO mode doesn't feel like a regular bike. It feels like the motor is surging all the time. I did one really fast 25-mile ride in AUTO mode and it sucked battery. After that I stick to the manual modes, mostly ECO and BASIC, and I sometimes come out of the saddle on a hill rather than...

    Anyone with a 2020 Revolt E Pro?

Are you sure you've cycled through your power level control? AUTO is below OFF, whereas the other levels (ECO, BASIC, etc) are above OFF in the cycle.

    Anyone with a 2020 Revolt E Pro?

I'm beginning to collect some data on my Revolt E+ Pro range. I'm getting old and slow, and I can maintain only about 12 mph average on my road bike, riding a hilly route that has about 800 feet of climbing every 20-25 miles. I got the Revolt so my 10-15-yr-younger friends wouldn't have to slow...

    Ride Control Firmware

When I went to pick up my new Revolt E+ Pro 10 days ago, my dealer started showing me how the various controls work and when he got to the walk assist function, he couldn't make it work (this was the first 2020 model he had in the store). So he kept the bike and talked to Giant, and they had him...

2020 Giant E-Bike Models and Photos

I had originally posted to another thread about my buying a Revolt (in progress) but I'm interested in the riding conditions being discussed in this thread. Jaberwocky, your 30-35 mile range seems to be under pretty harsh conditions - gravel, hills, 17 avg speed. I think I'll do a lot better...

    Anyone with a 2020 Revolt E Pro?

I'm in the process of buying a Revolt E+ Pro. Chose the Giant over other brands because that's what my local dealer sells, and I want to be close to the service. Bike has arrived and I test-rode it yesterday. Fits exactly like my current road bike (Specialized Roubaix Expert) and felt really...
