The Gaadi two end tube can be used permanently. I have them on my UCP and they have been installed over 18 months with no issues. I cannot find any data that shows "only intended for temporary use"

Circumference is the same... just your width changed by 2mm. No changes needed.

You should be using the inner tubes by Gaadi. You can remove the tube without taking the wheel off the bike. Everything stays locked in place. https://gaadi.de/?page_id=3671&lang=en

No issues here with my UCP... only have about 500 miles on it. Is this something that appears after some real usage or is it noticeable right away? edit: I see your Frey CC is brand new so that answers my question.
