every rear spoke is tightened. no loose spokes. also no added weight to rear. still spoke rubbing sound persists. culprit?

problem is that its a ebike. and the only lbs near me is about 25 miles away. and they wont even look at ebikes. smh

only clicks when im putting weight on the rear. spokes are tight so its not the spokes rubbing. its also not the seat. its coming from the rear wheel. the click noise disappears whenever i tilt the bike slightly to the left. any help greatly appreciated!
