I have the same problem with my RideControl One (the one without the screen). I tried replacing the RideControl One, but no luck. It happens whenever it exposed to rain, then it takes days and eventually works again.

I have a 2019 E3 but added the 500Wh battery, and here are my ranges: eco+ = 120KM+ eco = 100KM+ normal = 90KM Sport = 70KM Sport + = 50 - 60KM these estimates are non scientific, and it's prob on the conservative side.
