It was 2 months ago or so, so my memory is a little fuzzy. For sure from the seat, but I think also from the frame. I think with some practice and comfort, she'd be fine.

@Schweddy My wife is 5'5" and test rode a RadRover here in Seattle when I did. She felt the bike was too tall for her to feel comfortable, however I think that was largely a function of her being uncomfortable on a bike in the first place. It really depends how comfortable your wife is...

I saw a RadRover out in the wild two days ago here in Seattle! Was pulling out of my office parking garage at University and Alaskan Way on the waterfront and a white one buzzed right by heading south toward SoDo! To say my jealously level went through the roof is an understatement.

I'm new to EBR, but have been following the threads closely. My White RadRover should arrive early August - batch 5 or 6, I believe. Can't wait for it to get here so I can stop sitting in Seattle traffic and stop paying the obscene parking rates downtown!
