update : my project all started when i stripped 7th gear - fat guy pumping to hard goin up hills & not shifting down - doh ! so i contacted rad & they sent another freewheel & tool to replace it , the shipment got lost somewhere in shipping , & i was quite frustrated dealing with tech support...

finally the solution! this makes our radwagon chainring a - 130mm b.c.d. 52t [tooth] fits a 1/2 inch x 11/32 chain - ta da !

does anyone have a direct vendor link to 104 bcd 52t 5 hole chainring , yes ive done the google search but come up with lots of other commbinations 4 hole , not enough teeth etc ?

front wheel berrings on rad bikes are cup & cone ball type , mine were qite dry & tight at 1300 miles , repacked / readjusted - good to go !

as stated above its the nature of the beast for shure , the rear wheel berrings are cartridge style pressed into hub motor & roll tight & smooth , short of haveing custom wheels & front hub stay up on the maintence schedule , it also helps if your not 300lbs banging big rocks on a ridgid cargo...
