Thanks for the idea of installing a chain link that can be opened to free the chain when it gets stuck between the frame and the front cog - that would be significantly faster than my current approach! On a related note, the last time my chain came off and got stuck I was so annoyed that after...

Looks like many of the components are similar. The major difference is the frame design which doesn't look like it uses a top pull energypak (despite that being listed in the technologies section here: (Link Removed - No Longer Exists) ). Also the energypak is listed as a 375, which implies...

Is that the original chain ring or did you go with a larger one as well? After having my chain get stuck twice in the last week I'm on the hunt for a more permanent solution to this issue. I had this happen and fortunately had some allen keys with me. I found the only viable way of getting the chain out without damaging stuff was to take the chainring off (unfortunately not before I had tried to pull it out and scratched up the plastic covers I fair bit).

    Quick-E+

I've just purchased a 2019 Quick E+ and have similar problems. I was hoping to be able to use the integrated rack without having to purchase the MIK deck as I really like the clean lines of the rack. Unfortunately my large back roller classic Ortlieb panniers don't quite work. They *almost*...
