Well it wasn't exactly easy but it is now unlocked. Registration turned out to be a headache as they had never registered a bicycle before, but we were able to work through it. Dealer talked with Specialized and they were fine with it as well. Time to ride.....

OK, I talked with the dealer and if I provide a copy of Insurance and Registration, they will unlock the bike. I insured and registered it as a Moped and have it scheduled for unlocking tomorrow morning at 10:00am.
