I really like that Thule EasyFold XT rack. I would get it if I didn't need to fit at least 4 bikes on it. My family keeps growing... haha

Update: I contacted Rad on Saturday about the damages and got a reply today (Monday) that they already sent out the replacement parts and to send them the receipt for when Velofix makes the repairs which Rad will cover. Gotta say... So far Rad Bikes and customer service is freak'n RAD!

Thanks every one. I rode it again yesterday about 6 miles and got a little more adventures on my own. I rode on the gravel walking paths and even took it on one of the hiking trails for a little test spin. Love the Radrover and gonna buy my wifey one of the Rads too.

I just got my Radrover delivered Friday by Fedex and the box had dings and big rip where the rear derailleur is (it was damaged). The handlebar had a big gash in it too. You can see inside the box they only use a few small hard white squares taped to the box to protect the sides of the box...

I am new to the forum and just bought my first eBike. I ended up getting Radrover and took it for its first ride today. I ended up going close to 6 miles while my wife followed me on her Liv triathlon bike. Loving my Rad so far and plan on riding it daily here in Coto De Caza Southern Cali.
