Having problems with power loss on my Aventon Pace 500 (2020 model)

Power loss? Are you sure? Does it slow down? I suspect it is the meter you are looking at that drops, and no power loss occurs!??

    two brake questions...

There should be a set screw of some kind to adjust the lever for this. You may need to bleed your brakes as well. And... you certainly need new brake pads front and rear if you used WD40 anywhere near your brakes. It contains mineral spirits.. very bad for your brake pads.

Rear sprocket has too much play - not able to adjust index shifting.

8 sp cassette? There should be a lock ring. Take the rear wheel off and verify it has the lockring on the cassette.

Your daughter might have an air fork. You have a coil spring fork. Lockout is the blue knob on the right. On the left side is the adjustment for the spring. Have you adjusted it?

    Sinch speed delimiter cheat code

No, Aventon says the Sinch is a 7 speed freewheel... and it is a 7 speed freewheel 14-28. I changed mine to 13-28. I can hold 25 MPH.... it does not got to 30 mph. It does not go to 28MPH. I have wound it out to 27 flat out a couple of times.

    Aventon Customer Service lead times?

I'm going to check with my Aventon dealer about this.

    Aventon Customer Service lead times?

If you have a dealer nearby, why you didn't order through dealer. That way when there is a problem, the dealer handles it, and you don't get stuck with shipping.

Aventure front Shock air Pressure Adjustable?

I didn't think there was.. I have spring fork on Sinch. After riding it I had to tighten the spring down... it loosened a bit breaking in.

Aventon Aventurer can't climb steep 6 mile dirt road

All you need to know is this bike is not meant for extended climbing. Add the fact it weighs 75 pounds. Again, geared hub motors cannot supply extend torque at low RPMs needed for climbing, no matter how low the bike is geared.

    Aventure Preload and Lockout

You must be referring to the fork.... but you don't say. I don't think it comes with air fork. One side of fork turns to stiffen the spring. the other side has a switch to lock the fork ... if you want stiff for uphill riding.

Aventon Aventurer can't climb steep 6 mile dirt road

Again.... to Ebiker101 You are gearing the bike down, and not the hub motor A mid drive allows you to gear the bike down plus gear down the mid drive motor. You cannot ride a geared hub bike uphill in the dirt on a 30% grade. The internal geardown in the hub motor is not enough. How can you not...

Aventure front Shock air Pressure Adjustable?

Ha-ha... who would know if they had an air fork.. but none other than the owner of the bike WITH THE FORK ON THE BIKE. Why don't you look?

Aventon Aventurer can't climb steep 6 mile dirt road

No. The bike cannot climb 30% grades by changing the crank and cassette. This gears the bike lower, but it does not gear the motor lower. The motor wants to go 12mph and you cannot do that uphill.... in the dirt. Going uphill 3-4 mph the motor is geared too high.

Aventon Aventurer can't climb steep 6 mile dirt road

Normal behavior for a hub motor bike. Should have bought a middrive. Do your homework before buying next bike. Don't blame the bike.
