yes everyone has this issue. It’s hit or miss but you will have it. Cut or pull the green cable. Future surface bikes won’t have that cable.

I haven't messed with it yet considering Garn says it takes small turns, will try tomorrow when I head to class and adjust as needed. From what it sounds like though it will fix the problem.

yea Garn I bought directly from them. Their aren't any dealers around me that sell this product that I have found.

Probably not. They want to keep it under the carpet I would assume. But they did notify all their dealers to perform the mod on all the bikes. So chances are that if someone’s buying a bike its going to be done for them regardless until they fix the actual issue.

Yea its def the display not reading properly. I took the battery off to fully and when i placed it back on the bike it showed half a battery still. Anyone know how to fix this?
