In reply to my original post: the Burley Nomad works great with the Aventon Level and the standard Burley hitch (included) works fine.

You mention above that Aventon uses generic cadence sensors that are easily acquired. I have a Level and would like to get a spare cadence sensor for it but Aventon is "Out of Stock" (surprise). Have you found a place that sells the sensor that will work on a Level?

I have an Aventon Level and am going to buy a Burley Nomad trailer to use with it. Does anyone know if the standard Burley hitch adapter that comes with the trailer will work on the Level? Will I need to buy a different rear axle?

The controllers on the Aventon products are not user programmable for the PAS function. Join the large crowd of disappointed Aventon owners who long for this ability.

I don't have a fuse problem. I want to buy spare fuses for the time when I may have a fuse problem. I also have spare tubes, tires and brake pads. Today I acquired a spare Level battery. I like to keep a spare of consumable items.

Have you tried adjusting your front shocks? Also, many people find a shock absorbing seat post helps give them a smoother ride.

I'm afraid the fix will entail spending$150 for new display and controller. That's how TOD got fixed. For all Aventon's claims about "owning the factory and the manufacturing process" it seems ridiculous that some of these issues can't be fixed via firmware updates. At least let Authorized...
