Is there such thing as an inner chain guard for the front chainring? I'm not sure if there is enough clearance space between the chainring and the bike frame for something like that if one exists.

This problem isn't necessarily specific to Juiced bikes but my chain keeps jumping off to the inside of my front crank. How do I fix this, set the limiter on rear derailleur? Increase chain tension?

I've requested info from my dealer regarding the ETA of the parts and repair. I will give updated info and pics as soon as I get my bike back. I'm hoping it's relatively soon but if they have to send these out to all the customers with the issue it might be a while. Fingers crossed!

According to my dealer (who has my AIR) he was told by Juiced that it was the battery mounts in the frame and they are supposed to be sending new one/ones to be replaced.

Yeah, mine is also still a very tight fit (so much that when the bike first arrived at the dealer they couldn't even get the battery on) but they apparently have new battery connector en route from Juiced so hopefully this will solve the issue.

I don't know how it is on the S but the new batch of AIRs have a very tight fitting battery with absolutely no movement when it is installed although since slapping the battery on the side seems to restore power it is possible that this is the culprit. Unfortunately I take the battery off all...
